Mission and Beliefs
Our mission is to seek and save the lost by preaching the Gospel to the world. (Luke 19:10)
We believe that the Bible is inspired by God, and that His word is our final source of authority. We do not follow any man made creeds or doctrines that adds or subtracts to what is in the bible. (Gal. 1:8)
The church is not a denomination. (Eph. 2:16)
We believe Jesus built one church and He purchased the church with His own blood. (Matt. 16:18)(Acts 20:28)
We seek Bible authority for all we do and all are defined by God (organization, worship, becoming a Christian, name). (Col. 3:17)
We believe that men must hear the Gospel (Romans 10:17), believe that Jesus is the Son of God (John 8:24), repent of sins (Luke 13:3), confess (Romans 10:9), and be baptized in water for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38) (Mark 16:16). We believe the Lord adds obedient people to His one church. (Acts 2:41)
We believe that our worship must be in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24) We believe that a pattern for worship exists, including praying, singing, preaching, the Lord’s Supper, and a Contribution on the first day of the week.
Our vocal singing emphasizes the heart, following the practice of the early church. (Ephesians 5:19)
Our weekly observance of the Lord’s Supper every Sunday follows the New Testament example. (I Corinthians 11:23-34)
Freewill contributions allow us to provide for the physical and spiritual needs of those in need. (I Corinthians 16:2)(II Corinthians 9:7)
Bible classes are offered for all ages
